Welcome to our meadery where we transform honey into the oldest alcohol called mead! Our passion is brewing quality meads with raw, unfiltered honey.
We brew and package our mead on site, right behind our taproom. We source our honey from producers who verify the purity of their product they sell us via third party laboratories.
Our Meads are minimally processed and aged with whole dried spices, whole fruit, or fruit purees which contribute to the complex flavor and rich aromatic profiles. We do not filter our meads in order to retain as many flavors and aromatics from all the ingredients as possible

Tuesday : Closed ( Open for private events )
Wednesday : 4PM to 9PM
We are open for private events on Tuesday and Wednesday, as well as Thursday-Sunday for an additonal fee.
